Abstract:
For Derforming this work, blood and serum sam”f)les were collected from normal Nicols chicken, others affected vlith vitamin ,Ij. defioiency t fowl cholera or mucoplasmosis. ’J~he ar.;ewas ran~ing from 6 to 8 weeks in all cases. The total proteins were 8.845 ± 0.210 g”?6. Tbe values in m:; % for uric acid and creatinine were 54.95 ± 1.90 and0.7582 ± 0.1900. The statistical analysis 01 the nitro~en- ous constituents of vitamin A deficient cases showed a non sipniiicant chan~e in the total nitrogen, non-protein ni-tro?,en and total blood proteins.
