Abstract:
In this study a total of 295 Esc- herichia.; eoli, isolates could be obtained from faeces of apparently healthy chickens (150 isoiates) an~ from dead chickens showing typical P.M. picture of col±septicaemia mainly in the formof pericarditis, perihepatitisThe faecal isolates taken from 9 different ~:eds in two different ages; broilers and laying age, the breeds werebalady, Fayoumi, Nicoles, Dokki 4, Plymouth, Sussex, Istra-lorbs, Sina, Kornish.
