Abstract:
The CytocheDical change s induced by Oyo Lane hasbcon studied on chinchill~ rabbits. The Oral LD50 oft•) compound vms found to be 5.1 I!lg/Kg with ~/20.Confidence Li:”.1its of 5.23-5.79. Our results indicatedthc.t Cyolmlc C;-.11 b o grouped under the very toxic illsecticiclcfJ.S;Y1.upton, PostuorterJ. findings as well as sane bioch•emieul .chnngcs in scruo, REC Cholinesterase and blood sugarlevels have beon studicd through out our investigation.Three experiDonts were designed, the first was to give Cyolarieat 3 ng/kg. ~iL:lGl~, were slc.ughtered at different period pc ab-2dminlstration (1,3,6,12,24,48,72 and 120 hr). The secondexperinent was to give nnll.1als different increasing doses (6,12,18 ng/kgn.) end they were slaughtering after one hour.’ Thethird expcriDent onc was to study the chronicity•._Of Cyol.an6 through 15; du.ys exp€rim~l’~tfJ and .C’.lUmolsclassified into 3 groups, the first given increasing doses, the second Constc:nt and the last ono given decreasing doses.Blood acnp.l.o s were tDken o..fter aLaugh cr-Lng •.Our results indic2te tho.t cyol[~o produce syoptonsof Cholinestcro.so inhibition which ho.s boen proved in ourcleterr.linution of the enzyr..18 in both seruo. and RDCs.
