Effect of injection of vitamin A and testosterone on the sexual behaviour and semen qualities of buffalo and friesian bulls

The effect of injection of vitamin A and or testosterone was studied on twenty four bUlls (12 buffalo end12 friesian) to report the effecv on the sexual behaviour and semen quality.Eaoh 12 bUllS were clsssitied as the following:Three bulls were not treated (control), 3 bulls were injected with vitamin At 3 bulls with te~to~terone and ” receivedeombf.ned treatment (testosterone and vitamin A ).Recording of the reaction time and semen evaluation wes done twice• weekly over a period of one Jear.
