Abstract:
1.In this work trials to isolate some pathogenicorganisms of public health importance werecarried on284 cows and 116 buffaloes quartersmilk samples.2.The samJles were collected from clinically normaland clinically mastitic quarters of dairy animalsin different lactation periods. Samples were rand-omly collected from Faculty of Agriculture, farmZagazig University and Khattarah governmental farm.3. out of 284 quarter cow milk samples,18 (6.33%) revealed pathegenic organisms while in case of buffaloes milk,out of 116 samles.(7.75 9were culturally positive %)4.14 strains of staphylococcus aureus were isolatedfrom cow milk samples and 8 strains from buffaloesmilk samples.5.2 and 1 strains of streptococcus pyogenes wereisolated from cow and buffaloes milk samples respectively.-6 -Two strains of proteus bSP. were isolated from examined cow milk samples only
