Five hundreds and sixty mastitic milk samples-302 from buffaloes and 258 from cows were aspetically collected from different areas (Khatara, Pordin and Minit EI-Kamah City) on Sharkia Province. These sample were suspected to be infected with mycological abuffaloes were 84.10% and 69.86% respectively. They were 83.7% in cow in Military farm; 87.0% in cows and 861.3% in buffaloes in Khatara project and 80.0% in cows & 33.33% in buffaloes ia Minit EI-Kamah Veterinary clinics.
