Some pharmacodynamic studies on propionyl promazine with special refernce to its effect on male fertility

In this experimental wQrk some of the pharmacody- namic properties of propionylpromazine were studied.The toxicological activities of the drug and its effe- cts on male fertility were also investigated.The obtained results are summerized in the follo- wing:- Effects on the isolated smooth musclesArlose dependant inhibitory effect was produced by propionylpromazine on rabbit duodenum.
