Abstract:
The present s t udy Lnc Ludea two conducted investigations.In the first one forti clinically heal thy animals (20 goats~d 20 sheep) where used. Blood and fecal samples w@recollected from sheep ann g oat s , Well established colore- metric methods were used to s tu dy the normal va Lue s of serum pancreatic enzymes (amylaso ::Uld. lipase) J serum liver ,enzymes (Gar J GCYr and AP) and t o t a’l, bilirubin, as well as the serserum caclium. In addition, faecal panoreatic trypsin and.aecal fat were qua.litatively determinedThe results of the study indictated that: - The normal value. s of serum amylase and lipase, and theactivity of pancreatis trypsin are significantly higherin young goats th~n in adults. - There were no significant diferences in the normal levels of serum amylase and pancreatic trypsin between sheepand goats.
