Serum Amino Acid Pattern of Healthy Chickens & Chickens With Certain Viral & Bacterial Diseases

This work was carried out for determination of serwn free amino acid pattern, total proteins, andprotein fractions., in healthy and diseased chicks.96 Dokki 4 chicks obtained from Hehia Governmental poultry farm were used for this study which they were classified into three major groups:FirstGroup:cimPrisedL,48chicks aged 35 days andsucdivi4~d int t~fol1owing sub-groups:(A) 6 chicks were used as control for Newcastle disease infected chicks.(B) 12, chicks were subjected to intramuscular in-oculation with 001 ml of sterile salinesuspension containing 625 X 102 velogenic vis- cerotropic virus strain and the serum was collected from 6 chicks, 24 hours after in-fection, while it was collected from other 6 chicks, 48 hours after infection(C) Other 12, chicks were intramuscular injected with 1 ml sterile saline suspension containing (10)6.5 mesogenic (Komarov) :virus strain andserW11 was collected from 6 chicks, 48 hours
