Abstract:
The importance of this study on certain wild plantsgrown in Syrian deserts for the possibility of discoveringsome of them which may possess medicinal importance and fortheir use as a grass for animals.Anabasis syriaca (aphylla) plant is avialable andwidely distributed in Syrian deserts, therefore, it issuggested in this investigation to demonstrate the phyto-chemical, pharmacological, ’I’ox.i co Log i.ca.I and histopatholo- gical studies on the glycosidal and alkaloidal extracts ofthis plant.
