Isolotion and idtentification of S. aueus :.Seven hundered(700) rundom samples of raw milk, kareish cheeSe,Damietta cheese, Hard cheese, Processed cheese ,Yoghunt, Ki ahk , and Ice-crewn (200, 200” 50, 25, 25? 251 25, 150 samples of each respectiveLy )., were coLlected from Assiut market s , street pedlers and shopkeepers.S. o.ureus was detected in 48.5 %, 44.5 %, 26 %, 4 %, 36 %, 0, 0, and 90 % of exumf.ne d somples r-e sp ec t Iv e Ly , Out of 347,S. uureus strains isolated from milk and mi~k ~rog-uot s 228 (65.7 %),228 (65.7 %,),165 (47.55 %), ;tag (52,4:5 %) strains were positive for coagulase, DNuse, e;grYQlkreaction, und huemolysis respectively.II- Brrt er-o t ox.l ns production :347 S. o.ureus strains were tested for enterotqp.ps prod- uction, including, 97, 112’nnd 138 S., aureusstrQ.:ip~ Lao La t e d from raw milk, cheeses :’tl.ndlce.;..creD.n1 respectively.
