Abstract:
By exp er-tment af Lnf e c t Lon of C. ovis in buf’f’u Loe ca.lvesthe strain (A Bu 77), we cun reach to a conclusion that, using t he intrudtrm:J.l route of injection t he o rgun i.sm r-eme Lna mostly in t he 10c[.1 skin lesion und cun apz-eud only to the regiono.l lymph nodes, this w,.-!,s proved by Lmmuncf Louz-eacencmore over, the orgunism wus found mostly intrucellulurly probably in mucrophugas and hes affinity to lympha-tics and their endo’t he’Li.u’L linings, this Wu.s proved also bystudies and also by histomorphologiculIt w~s found thut the reQcting c~lls to infection are polymorphnucleu.r leucocytes dnd histiocytes and the l<.ltter are the most predominent reLcting cells after the fewdLYs of infection.The struin of C. ovis under investigution hus got acytotoxic ef’f ec t mund.f’Ls t ed by et:.rly ext eria i, ve c e L’Lu’l ur-destruction .md nuc Leur frugmentation which c haz-uo t er-Lz e sthe lesion in skin and regional lymph nodes.
