A sum (total) of 115 milk samples were collected at random, from different sources including streetnndors, dairy shops, and dairy farms, in Assiuthovince. Every sample was chemically and bacteriolo- ~cally examined in order to determine its sanitarycondition.The chemical examination of street vendors milksamples revealed that the mean values of specific~avity, fat %, S.N.F. %, and titratable acidity .
