Cc.lciu111 content of milk and diet was eatimated.serum samples from control non-pregnant apparently norsal buffaloes were ob- tained and Ca , P, and Mg were found to be 10.9.3 (t 0.1897),6.81 (+ 0.2628) aThe effect of age on serum Ca., P, and Mg levels cnd Ca/p ratio was studied. There was a slight decrease in Cclevel at age class 4-6 years with- no variation in serWti inorganic P while there was narked decrease at age class12-14 years in serum P level. At age class 14-16 years there were a sh~rp DROP in Co. level ~nd 0 shnrp rise in Plevel.
