Abstract:
The histologioal struoture and the histochemioal constituents of the maleaooessory &enital gland of 40rams of the native breed of different available ages were studied. Vesioular gland The vesioular gland was divided into large and small lobules by thiokfibro-musoular septa and thin fibrous trabeoulae that oontained a tew smooth musole fibres. The vesiculthese glyoogen granules varied not only according to the season but also’ tram one end-pieoes to another during the same season. In general the glycogengranules were in large amount during autumn and winter. 4) An intense acid phosphatase reaotion was found
