Abstract:
The present work shows that the haematological parameters of fish Vary according to the species. The erythrocytic count, the eryt~rocytie nuclei, the leucocytes and their differentialeount,h~ematocrit values, haemoglobin content.erythrocytic sedi-mentation rate and specific gravity are reported in five diffe-rent spe~ies of Nile fishes; Tilapia nilotica,Tilapia z1llii;Claria$ lazera,Clarias anguillaris and Cyprinus carpio.1 .• ERYTHROCYTIC COUNT :-In tilapia ni10tiea and Tilapia zillii the mean erythro-e~ie C,9~t was 1.22 and 1.36 million/ul respectively; inClarias lazera and Clarias anguillaris 3.17 and 1.57 million/ulrespectively and in Cyprinus earpio l.3l.million/ul.2- iiAEMQGLOBIN :-The mean of haemoglobin. content in Tilapia nilotica andTilapia zillii was 6.64 and 8.51 g/lOO ml of blood respectively;in ClariJs lazera and Clarias anguillaris 9.12 and 10.55 g/lOO1nl resp, ecti vely and in CyprjJJ,.u,s ~r’piQ ’6 .01 gf~OO Illl.3- HAEMATOCRIT VALUES :-The mean hae~ocrit values was 24.35 and 28.14 % inTilapia nilotica and Tilapia zjllii x~ectively; 17.60 andinfection in chickens 1 live vaccine and the other oil adjuvantvaccine of S.typhimurivm and one Bivalent from the 2 strainstogether which were could be protective when the bird challengedwith S.typhimurium, S.entertidis, S.cukmere, and S. virchow andnot protection when ehallenged with S.rissen which found inbetween them cross protection.
