The dose-response curve of methyl mercuric chloridehave been assessed in White RateThe ”t.” test of the present data proved to be highlysignificant, confirmatory experiments proved the accuracyof the method used. The response curve showed that the LD95t LD50, LDIOand LDO were 7’9.7, 56, 40.9 and 37.8 millegrams/K.B.W.respectively.The symptoms of methyl mer-cur-Le chloride toxicity inwhite rats can be summarized as ataxia, the ataxia becomesmore pronounced and the animals falls to lateral recombencywhile walking.
