Post- natal development of testis of dokk 1-4 cock

70 Dokki - 4 male fowls at different ages up to the age of sexual muturity had been used in this study. They ranged from one day old to sixmonths of age.The testes as well as the body weightsof the birds were determined at the different age groups for studying the growth of the teste~ •.Paraffin sections of the testes were stained to show the changes in the histologic~l struct:UfBand histo~hemical reactions of the testes from hatching till the age of sexual maturity •.from the histological point of view, it has been found that the testis is aur-round ad by a-thin tunica albuginea. Both the mediastinum w1d septulatestis are absent.and hence no lobulation of the testiscould be observed •
