Abstract:
The highest protein level (5~84 gm % and 5.81 gm) were produced by oil adjuvant and sodium a.l ginate vaccines at 56 days after vaccination~ vYhile alum ppt. vaccine produced their highest protein level 5.72. gm % and 4~98 gm % at 56 and 42 days respectiv(2~1 gm % and 2~3 gm %) respeotively at 56 days aftervaccination.3~ The oiladjuvant and sodium alginate vaccines induced the highest indirect haemagglutination titres (1024 and 1152) respectively at 56 days post vaccination.
