Immune Response Of Sheep Of Local Breed Vaccinated With Different Inactivated Fmd Vaccines Of Type of Virus

Thre different inactivated vnccines were prepared against FMD virus namely AEI, El and Formaline were tested in sheep in this study for the sero conversion and detection of cnrrier rate of vaccinated and non-vaccinatedsheep. The immuno response of these animals to primary vaccine was traced by neutralization test nnd complement fixation test for a period of 16 weeks.
