Abstract:
The her given study was planned to produce a suitable mammalian tissue culture Newcastle disease virus vaccine. The aim of this study waS to find out a solution for the problem associated with the pathogenic contaminants which could be transmitted tracsov1- The highest E.I.D50 titers achieved for the Komarov strain of EDV. through five successive passages, using different primary tissue cultures were 105•1 at thefourth passage on cow embryonic k1~ey cells, 104•8 at the third passage on buffaloe embryonic
