Abstract:
(A) In normal cyclical and pregnant genitalia,’1- The average length of the ewe cervix was 6.792 .m.2- Tbe a7erage diameter of the ewe cervix was 1.241cm.J- Cervioal mucosa has two types of folds, l0ngitud-inal and transverse folds 2 to 5 in numb~rs.4- The cervioal mu~us vary in amount and colur indifferent phases of the oestrous cycle and pre-”gnancy •5 The external os has 4 different shape(B) In pathologioal genitalia :In cervicitis the oervix was muoh enlarged, oedematousand its mucosa was r~ddish to bright red in colour.11 - Microscopioal ohanges :(A)1- The cervical muoosa was thrown into folds •2- The folds in the middle of the cervix has smallseoondary ones •J- Cyolical changes in the folds were noticed •4- During the o~strous cyole the folds wers c.::>veredby simple columnar epithelium, in some partsappeared pseudostratified •
