Abstract:
The testes cnd the pituitary glands of 50 buffalo bulls at different ages from birth to 24 months were usedpresent histological and histochemical investigation .At birth the testicular parenchyma was formed of sex Their luminntion s t ar t ed at 3 months, increased months and was quite evident at 9-12 months of age. The germinal epithelium in the sex cords was formedbasal m1d centrel indifferentiated cells.
