Abstract:
The present nork is devoted to study the effect of consecutive ejaculates, as wo LL as the effect of Lo c aLi.t y , or biochemical seminal plasma of }’riesian bulls ccris t L tu-cnt s ’If, ’:rhree hundred ejaculates were collected f’r-ora twentyFriesian bull~ of which 132 frOl7l upper Egypt and 168 were from lower Eg,:;,pt. Thr00 successive ejaculates v.or-o coll- ected fro@ each bull weokly. The ch~rnical analysiG offreshly collected se~inal plasDa included; fructose concentration, citric acid concentration, acid andalkaline phosphatase activities, total proteins and total lipids.Tho results wore subjected to various statistical rolalysis to reveal the differenceG between ejaculates andbetweon loco.lity as well as to cluarify the possiblorolationships between the concentration
