The Use of different Celle For Cultivation of Mesogenic Newcastle Virus in the Production of High Titre

The present study is eoncerned with the use of different cell culture for subsequent production of Komarov ND Vaccine. The aim of this study is to find out a solution for the problem associated with the pathogenic contaminants which could be transmitted t2. Suitable concentrcltion 1/10 and inoculating dose 0.2 m1/ 2 O£ bottle.With continuous adaption, the percent of cell degene- rati~n reach at the level of passage 6 at 12 day andat a level of 12 passage tooks 9 days.Saven woeks susceptible chicken after vaccinated with TO tissue culture propagated vaccine showed 80%protection when ehallenged with virulent NDV strain, Zl days post-inoculation the same result was obta- ined when using 1/10 of the field dose.
