Abstract:
Biochemical anallses of blood and urine of the 75 OSsiuli. male sheep weor0 studied and the result werecorrelated with the histopatbological condition of kidney. 20 had nozma L kidney while 55 cases were with kidney lesions • 9 had glomerulonephritis, 29 witb tubulonephritis and 17 had interstitial nepbritis as seen from the hi$topathological examination. values. Urine analysis included the. determination of pH values, specific gravity, protein, sugar, ketone bodies,and bile pigments as well as microscopical examination of the sediment for organized and unorganized sediment.
