Abstract:
The present studyprofile test on both fattening cattle and buffalo steers,stating normal means and 99 peroent confidence limits and aSBess the adequacy of dietary intake for meat production in some Egyptian fattening farms.1) The normal biochemical blood constituents in clinically healthy Egyptian fattening steers were 11.8,7.86, 3.82 kg percent, 25.9 percent, 62.2, 0.27, 138.5, 317; 10.6, 9.9 mg percent, 141, 5.1, 25.9 and l3.6 mgEq/L, while the levels in fattaning oattle steers were 11.35, a.18t 3.72 g percent, 27.22 peroent, 52.19f 0.2).143.7, 20.47, 10.55, 8.51 mg percent, 145, 5.06, 27.06, BAd lO4 ID Eq/L for haemoglobin content. total protein,albumin levels, haematocrit value, glucose, total biliru-bin, total cholesterol, urea nitrogen, calcium. inorganicphoaphorous, SOdium, potassium, bioarbonate and chloridelevels respectively.2) Applioation of metabolio profile test on Meha11et Mouse farm revealed a significant high haemoglobin content,
