Abstract:
The role of different diluents; containers, addition of dried skin milk as a stabilizer and the tine elapsedafter dilution or the used Newcastle disease vaccines on the imuune response of vaccinated chickens werestudieC! 1.Phosphate buffer s aline gave the best Lmnune responsefollowed by normaf, saline and distilled water when usedas diluent for LaSota drinking water vaccine. 2.Dried skin nilk as a stabilizer ioproved the immuneresponse of chickens vaocinated with the lasota vaccine.3- Vaccina’iion of birds in plastic containers gave a bettex• Irmune response than alllniplhUlJ. ones!4. Vaccination ’f£ birds with intranuscular Kona:ov orintraocular F vaccine gave higher Lnmune response when diluted in phosphate buffer saline. followedby Normal saline, distilled water and finally tap water. Giving the vaccine ir:mediately after dilution resultedin higher iIJnune response than when given after different peroids after keeping a~ room tenperature(28-3000) as well as at 4”0.•
