Abstract:
In this investigetion the entimicrobia1 effect of some a1ka1oidal salts against various species of bac- t er La , yeasts, moulds an d dermatophytes were studied in vitro and in vivo.The antibacterial activity of the selected aLkaLoidal- salts was perfOrmed using the gutter technigueue, bore method, serial dilution technique and the agar dilution method, whereas their antifungal activity was carriedout using the aga r dilution mo t h od and the slide culture preparation.moreover, therapeutic application of caffeine itrate, quinine hydrochloride and quinine sulphate onexperimentally induced infective wo und s wi”Gh StaPP.llo-coccus aqreusand Streptococcus 2yogsn8swas made L”Ylbuffaloes.
