Abstract:
The present investigation includes the studies oncauses, diagnosis and treatment of man~e in camels.1- Sarcoptic Scabii-Cameli appeared to be the•only cause of mange in camels.2- The incidence oM mange amonge camels in Sharkiaprovince was 42.57%. J- The highest incidence of mange infection was ob-served in camels of the age group of 5 and of5 years old-4- The lowest incidence was seen in the age groupof 6 to 10 years old.5- On seasonal basis, climate & season of theyea~ have a great beari~g on the occurence andA eomprehensive desoription of the origin, course and,attern of distribution of the external and internal iliacarteries and their branohes is given.The ohiei’ branches of the external iliac artery of thedonkey are similar to those of the horse, regarding theexten~ion of the external iliac artery in the thigh - thefemoral artery - its branches are also identical to thatpresent in the horse, but there are minor differences asin the branches of the lateral cd r-cumfLe x femoral artery,where it gives off the R. descendens and R. transversus in4 out of 20 e~amined oases.The arterial supply of the pos region of the donkeyis carried out through the dorsal and plantar sets ofarteries, the dorsal set includes the ~. dorsalis pedis
