In the course of this study the following results under experimental conditions mentioned were obtained:155, 41, 78, 20, 11, 4 strains of Salmonella, E.Coli,proteus,Alcaligenes, Klebsiella and pseudomonas respectively were isolated from Serological ideiltification of 115 Salmonellastrains, indicates that they wer-e belonging to S. typhimuriuIi1, S. paratyphi B, S. ami.na tu ,S. ana tum, S. clorkemvell, S. sterrenbos, S. nevort and S. Labadi serotypes. The sera type sS. b .i.af r-a , S. para typhi B, S. ami.nat u ,S. clerkenwell, S. sterrenbos mid S. Labadi appeared to be the first isolations for ducklingsin Egypt.Experimental infection revealed that the pathogenicity of different serotypes dependingon route of infectioD and dose.
