A Thesis on Diagnosis of Some Larges of Cestrodes in Farm Animals

(A) The incidence of hydatid cysts in Zagazig abattoir was rocorded.’(B), The diagnoSis of hydatidosis was carried out on 346 , 254 camels and cattle respectively using the precipitation test and the allergictest.Three different antigent from hydated cysts fluid were prepared:(A) antigen from. non fertile: cysts.(B) antigen from fertilo cysts.(C) ) purified antigen protein.In the course of this study one can be summarize the results of this work in the following be (1) the incidcnce of hydatid diooase in camelsincrese with age ofi; the animals GS in 4.5 but c2.aels at 6 months to 3 years .: were free from infestation..
