The present investigation was desiged to select a proper grafting or budding mrthods to propagate guava trees. in addition, improvement the germination of seeds produced from fruits of main crop and off-season one which considered the commercial propagation method in egypt.the second aim of the present work, was to study the developmental stages of seed formation in both mentioned guava crops. healing stages of union zone between stock and scion in different grafting and budding methods were also considered.
