Abstract:

Those in charge have done a lot of research to reach the best level as it never comes out accidentally, this results from planning training for a long time.The standard of the sportive performance is considered an outcome of several factors physical, planning and psychological ones in additions to others. Psychologists gave due care to the emotional and psychological sides especially after realizing the importance of these sides and their contribution to develop the major skills although their usage is still limited.M. h. Allawy (1999) says that sport psychology is to be an applicable subject based on some knowledge and theoretical information as theory and application are one unit which are never apart. In the field of sport theory cant do without application.Studies have proved that there is a strong connection between mental abilities and excellence in sport because the right standard of a player depends on having mental abilities in addition to audio. Visual ones besides some minor abilities which help a player to receive information from the surrounding environment whether changeable or not.Amgad Husain(2000) mentions that the systematic changes on a body help to plan the training load including physical or emotional cases with the best circumstances to carry out the training program efficiently.Abulola Abdul Fattah and Mohammed Sobhi (1997) add that individuals differ in their daily activity. Some are more active at day time than at night. Those go to bed early and get up early while the matter is conversed in relation to others.Research problem:The fields of physical training are various this is connected to a number of problems tackled to find solutions by using the scientific style. The scientific planning for training is one of the effective ways which develop the standard of the individuals and the teams in all games although there in same contrast among experts and trainers concerning the methods leading to achieving the hoped for aims. Awareness among trainers has increased.Concerning the importance of the mental side to reach the best level, excellence in sport requires co-integration between mind and body so programs of psychological skill training have a great position and an effective rate in preparing and training. There is need to relax so as to achieve excellence in the sport tackled especially in hat situations or critical spots.The mental training includes relaxation, emotional profile and flash back to successful experience and concentrating only on the training process.Usama Rateb(2004) says that it is common that players spend the training period 2-6 hours doing exercises to develop their bodily skills and only little time to develop their psychological state although the players say that it plays a great role in the success rate reaching 80% - 90% in any competition.Mental training is the basic part of preparing a player to imagine motions, skills, situations and goals in addition to playground, refree and training aids, a player should have the ability apply plans and analyze the performance of rivals. These helps a player to acquire skills and movementsMental abilities helps to reach a mental state which prevent passive ideas and scattering attention during performance. This helps to perform successfully in every trial.Abeer Bedair(1999) says that observing the emotional activity, the mental and physical activity we find that there are periods of rising and others of falling in the standard of the activity and these shows that the climax of the biological performance is the ideal period to perform well.Ahmed mahmoud remarks that through the field of sport we have to use the biological echo to reach the best results through international championship.Ali mohammed galal(2006) say that sportsmen should consider the general and individual qualities as this suits the best circumstances and helps to carry out the aims of trashing efficiently.- mohamed sobhi says that the basic skills of a game are the main factors leading to victory and winning a game. The success of any team depends on the ability of the players to do the basic skills cleverly.The problem has two sides, the first is using the biological performance in the field of training especially in volleyball to overcome any problem coming across in declining the standard of player despite carrying out the training program.The second is having shortage in the field of sport psychology thus making the researcher design programs to improve same psychological skills and showing them to the experts before applying them.The aim of the research:The research aims to settings training programs dealing with psychological skills to be aware of:- the effect of the program on improving some psychological skills such as relaxation, mental imagery, paying attention and self confidence.The effect of variation in psychological changes.The supposition of the research:Psychological improving psychological changes.It has appositive effect on improving the standard of the volley ball players in some basic skills.There are differences between the experimental groups in measuring the psychological changes.The procedure of the research :The researches used the experimental course by using four groups one of them was under application (before and after).The sample of the research :The sample was intentionally chosen from the sportive prep school in Menyal Khamh in volleyball . The total number was(134).(60) of them in the Frist row ,(19) in the second row and (55) in the third row. The total number of volleyball students of them was (47) , The guiding group was (6) and seven were excluded as a result of their unsystematic training . So the main sample (40) students who were divided into four equal groups each consists of (10) students.Methods of collecting (data – information) :The researcher made a convey to the studies and references which are specialized and the following means are gathered as follows:The methods and equipment used :A device used to measure height.A medical balance.A black sheet with a white square.Medical balls , fonts , a ribbon , stopwatch volleyball and form.Register sheet.A computer.Test used in the experiment :physical tests :The researcher made his tests according to revising the studies and references related to the field of volleyball , measuring and evaluating with the aim of defining the followingTestes :Running – Zigzag running – front flexibility – back flexibility – sitting from lying – jumping verticallyPsychological tests :The researcher defined the tests related to psychological tests after consulting experts concerning the most important psychological skills to improve the skills used in the research and defined the following :Relax ability scale.Sport imaginary scale.Grid concentration test.The list of sportive confidence.The scholar made a convey of the updated Arabic references in volleyball and the following tests were the outcome to make sure of their stability :The test of the serve skill.The test of preparing skill.The test of crashing shot.The application of the basic study :The scholar took measurement on the two groups from 26/7/2005 to 31/7/2005 according to the following training :On Tuesday 26/7/2005.The pictured intelligence test.Relax ability scale.Sport imaginary scale.Grid concentration test.Saterday 30/7/2005 . He measured the performance of sending a serve ,setting , spicking for (A&B) group in.On Sunday 31/7/2005 the same tests for Group C and DThe scholar considered using the same application of the program for the same groups during the performance of the skill test under the same circumstance and the same conditions.The suggested training course on psychological skills :The course was applied on the psychological skills from Saturday2/8/2005 to Wednesday 31/10/2005 for successive twelve weeks with a rate of jour units a week on groups A / B / C while the program of the trainer was applied on group D.The outcomes and recommendations :According to the arms of the research and the sample with its characteristics and the style of the analysis and after discussing the results the researcher concluded the following.The suggested psychological skills program is effective in developing some psychological skills – relaxation – concentration – self confidence for the young volleyball players.It is also effective in developing the performance of the basic skills in volleyball.The co integration between the psychological skills and training reached better results than skill training only in improving performance.There is an influence of the biological performance on psychological skills according to the results of the research as the morning group showed better rates of progress in psychological skills.Recommendations :In the course of the aims of the research and in the light of the characteristics of the samples and the results of the research we recommend the following :Due importance should be given to defining the biological performance of a player to make use of it when planning training loads physically and psychologically to ensure the affectivity of these programs and loads.Using test scales and psychological tests while choosing the young for volleyball.Doing studies to set tests in different games . those tests must be specialized in the activities tackled to get exact results.Making use of the qualified psychologists with volleyball teams as this has a role in achieving success.The Egyptian union for volleyball should hold training courses for trainers especially with the psychological side.Doing scientific researches in training on psychological skills to develop the sides of skills and planning in volleyball to ensure the affectivity of training on psychological skills and making use of the biological performance then listing the results of such researches.Giving due care to the dynamics of the biological performance and using it in defining the best time to give tests and measure.
