A pharmaceutical Study on Certain Drug Carrier System

In this study, drug carrier systems of non ionic surfactants orbiodegradable polymers were prepared and evaluated. The non ionicsurfactants were used to prepare proniosomal gels and solutions for evaluationas transdermal drug delivery systems. The prepared systems of proniosomeswere then used as precursors to prepare niosomes as drug carrier systems. Onthe other hand, The biodegradable polymer [(poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)] was used to prepare nanoparticles with different procedures toevaluate novel aqueous based method for PLGA nanoparticle preparation.
