Formulation and Evalution of Certion Mucoadhesive Pharmaceutical Dosage Forme

The oral cavity is highly acceptable by patients. The mucosa is relatively permeable with a rich blood supply. Furthermore, oral transmucosal drug delivery bypasses first pass effect and avoids presystemic elimination in the GI tract.
