Instrumental Analysis Of Certain Pharmaceutical Compounds Containing Amino & Thiol Groups

We aim in this work to develop new chromatographic andspectrophotometric methods for rapid simultaneous separation anddetermination of selected drugs in bulk and dosage forms.This point of research is concerned with different techniques suchas spectrophotometric and HPLC methods for quantitativedetermination of some pharmaceutical compounds containingamine as cephalosporins and thiol groups as captopril in bulk anddosage forms.Trials are carried out to develop new methods for determination ofthese drugs. The different parameters are studied in details tooptimize the proposed methods and statistical analysis has beendone to compare the proposed methods with the reported refrencemethods.
