Abstract:
1.Physical mixtures and solid dispersions of dipyridamole with each of Eudragit E-100 , urea . sugars ( glucose , maltose , lactose ), egg albumin chitosan , HPMC in ratios 1 : 1 , 1: 2 , 1 : 3 , 1 : 5 and 1 : 10 ( drug-to- carrier w/w ) , were prepared . Also , PEG 4000 was investigated in ratios 10 : 90 , 8 : 92 , 5 ; 95 and 1 ; 99 ( drug-to-carrier w/w ) . As it would be advantageous to incorporate a minimal amount of the carrier , egg phosphatidylcholine was also used as a carrier and prepared in ratios 20 : 1 , 10:1 and 5 : 1 ( drag-to-carrier w/w).2. The effect of incorporation of Tween 80 , Myrj52 and Brij35 in concentrations of 1 , 2 , 5 , 7.5 and 10% and 5% egg phosphatidylcholine on the increase of dissolution of dipyridamole from ( 1: 3 ) maltose and (5 : 95) PEG solid dispersions , respectively was evaluated .Part twoEnhancement of the dissolution and Bioavailability of Nicardipine Hel
