Tissue Culture of Certain Alkaloids-Bearing Plants (Hyoscyamus Multicus L.0)

In Egypt, the plant tissue culture is recently taken into consideration to enrich our own resources for drug industry. Accordingly, it seemed interesting to carry out such a study on Hyoscyamus muticus L. as one of the most important Egyptian medicinal plants, aiming for reaching the proper conditions of callus production and development as a natural source of alkaloids.The present thesis includes three parts. The first part presents the review of literature and the materials, equipments and methods of study.
