Synthesis of certain Arylalkanoic Acid Derivatives of pharmacutical Interest

A general survey of the different pharmacologically activities and the chemistry of some anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic drugs are presented.A detailed discussion for the experimental results attained with an adequate interpretation is advanced. Moreover, some of the new compounds were subjected to preliminary pharmacological testing including their anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic as well as CNS depressant activities and the data obtained are summarized.The present study comprises also the synthesis of the following new intermediates.1- 2-(4-Isobutylpheynl) Propionic Acid Hydrazinde.2- 2-|2-(4-Isobutylphenyl) Propionyl|-N-Phenyl-Hydrazinecarbothioamide.3- 3-|1-(4-Isobutylphenyl) Ethyl|-4-Phenyl-1,2,4-Triazole-5-Thiol.
