New Methods for Determination of some Antirheumatic compounds

This thesis falls in four partsPart I :- Introduction for structure activity relationship of fenamates and diclofenac sodium.- Introduction for methods of analysis of fenamates and diclofenac sodium.Part II :- Determination of flufenamic and mefenamic acids through their complication with copper (II). Then determination of the equivalent copper by reaction with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate by spectrophotometric analysis.- Application on some pharmaceutical preparations.Part III :- Determination of flufenamic and mefenamic acids by complication with iron (III). Then determination of the complex either directly or after reacting the iron content with thiocyanate by spectrophotometric analysis.- Application on some pharmaceutical preparations.Part IV :- Determination of diclofenac sodium through charge transfer complication with chloranil.- Application on some pharmaceutical preparations.
