Abstract:
The thesis is divided into Three major parts:Part I: This chapter demonstrates classification of antibiotics as well as theoreticalRespect to this part spectrophotometric analysis of these pharmaceutical compounds in their pure form and pharmaceutical preparations were studied through the measurement of the intensely coloured complex formed by the reaction of the studied drugs with copper acetate. The factors affecting the reaction as temperature , time and volume of reagent were studied and represented graphically . The results obtained were compared with the reference method and confirm the accuracy and precision of the proposed method.B -ATOMIC ABSORPTION:This section discusses the estimation of these pharmaceutical compounds after the extraction by organic solvent. The results obtained were confirmed by comparison with these of the reference method , it was found that there is no significant difference between them, These methods were applied to the pharmaceutical compounds in their pure form and pharmaceutical preparations , The factors affecting the reaction as temperature , time and volume of reagent were studied and the results obtained were compared with reference method and found them equal in perfection precision and sensitivity.C- HIGH PERFORMANCE ION CHROMATOGRAPHY (HPIC) :In this section the selected compounds in their pure form and pharmaceutical preparations were determined using (HPIC) technique after the extraction of the drug-Cu complex , The factors affecting the reaction as temperature , time and volume of reagent were studied and the results obtained were compared with reference method and found them equal in precision and sensitivity.D- X-RAY FLUORESCENCE: This part depends on the estimation of these pharmaceutical compounds using X-RAY technique after the adsorption of uranium on activated charcoal by the adjustment of pH . Studied drugs then quantitatively determined by comparing to the standard result, The results obtained were compared with the reference method and confirm the accuracy and precision of the proposed method .The work appended with and precision of the proposed method 368 references and Arabic summary .
