Synthesis of some pyrazolone derivatives of diverse pharmacological activities

تم في هذا البحث تخليق سبع سلاسل من مشتقات البيرازولون لإختبار فاعليتهم من حيث تأثيرهم كمسكن للألم، خافض للحرارة، مضاد للإلتهاب ومضاد للتشنج. تتكون الرسالة من :1- المقدمة : وهى مكونة من :أ- مقدمة تاريخية.ب- التأثير الفارماكولوجي.جـ- التقسيم الكيميائي للمسكنات الغير مدمنة2- الهدف من البحث : يتناول الأسس التي عليها تم تحضير المركبات3- مناقشة الجزء العملي يتناول هذا القسم شرح الطرق المختلفة والممكنة لتحضير المركبات الوسيطة والنهائي4- الجزء العملى : ويتضمن :-القسم الأول:- تخليق اثنى عشر مركبا وسيطا :-4-هيدروكسى انتيبيرين.2-كلورو اسيتانيلد.the study also involved 14 males subjects proved to be clinically free of any clinical signs of diseases , liver and spleen enlargement , endocrinal or parasitic diseases and will no history of previous use of steroid therapeutic within the last 3 months before recruitment to the study . This group served as representing the control group . They are volunteers matching the patient group and accepting the participation into the study and the regimen of treatment included in the study .from all subjects , blood samples were taken in heparinized tubes , plasma were centrifuged collected and used for determination of concentrations of testosterone , free- testosterone , dihydrotestosterone , dehydroepiandrosterone sulfates A4 – and rostenedione testosterone binding capacity and gonadotropins ( FSH and LH) by radioimmuno and immunoradiometric techniques.
