Abstract:
Mid, the natural food of young mammals, contains a numbee of proteins that serve their nutritive requirements and nepresent one of the greatest contributions of mild to human nutritionIn order to find the protein value of milk we collect different milk samples from different sources after calving and 15 days calving at 12-24 hrs. Also comparison of protein value in different milk pro- dusts.The present work divided into.Section i: Deal with deteumination of total protein and amino acids of mil; of different sources.Section ii : Deal with determination of total protein and amino acids of milk powder and concentrated milk.Section iii: Deal with determination of total protein and amino acids of different types of cheese.Section iv : Deal with determination of total protein and amino acids of different types of yoghurt.
