Development of new Methods for Analysis of Carbohydrates

The present word divided in two parts. Part i:- Deal with Analylical study of the reaction between carbohydrates and Ammonium-meta-Vanadate and developing new methods for determination of sugars with Ammonium-Meta-Vanadate using potentiometry as instrumental technique.Part il:- Deal with column chromatographic separation of reaction products of sugars and Ammonium Meta-Vanadate and subsequent identification of components isolated.
