Synthesis of Certain Phthalazine Derivatives of Pharmaceutical Interest

Identification of the products since mixture of isomers in certain cases were characterized by h1 and c13 NMR. Mass spectral data are mentioned with possible fragmentation pathway for each.Moreover ,some of the new compounds were subhected to preliminary pharmacological testing as ontihypertensive agents and /or antimicrobial activity.
