Formulation and evaluation of chlorphenesin released from different topical formulations This part deals with the formulation and evaluation of drug released from different topical formulations. Results of release can be summarized in the following descending order: Sodium alginate gel > gelatin gel > Hydroxy propyl melhylcellulose (11.P.M.C) gel > sodium alginate e’mulgel > glycerin of starch gel > H.P.M.C emulgel > PEG base > PEG with cetyl alcohol base > O/W emulsion base > oleaginous base II > W/O emulsion base > absorption base 1 > oleaginous base I > absorption base II.In addition the release of chlorphenesin from different topical formulations Containing different concentrations of different additives, was also studied and the following results were obtained.
