Abstract:
Biochemical analysis of human seminal fluid can provide valuable information about the secretory capacity of the accessory gential glands . furthermore , suck analysis are of great help in assessment of androgenic activity and functional state of these genital glands ,under normal and pathologic conditions. It is, apparent also that seminal fluid components have a significant and important effect on the quality of semen as regards to sperm count , motility and viability , hence , play a role in determining male fertility . Because of this, the present work has been undertaken in an attempt to find the relationship between the spermatozoal character a sties and the different chemical components of seminal fluid in normal fertile , infertile and some cases of pathologic human semenOne hundred and eleven, semen, samples were subjected to study in this work . These were classified according to their seprmiogram into the following groups :1) normal fertile control : comprising 10 healthy fertile men with sperm count more than 50 millions / ml and the initial activity motile sperms in the whole ejaculate were more than 105 millions.
