Abstract:
In this investigation,the synthesis of three new 8-allylcoumarins,and four new 9-allyl psoralens,anticipated to have photodynamic activity,has been achieved.the bases,on which these compounds were designed,are critically discussed.the rationale behined the synthetic theme applied has been given.the structures of the synthesised new compounds whether final or introscopic were confirmed by various chemical and spectroscopic tools.In this paper the synthesis of three new derivatives of -8 - coumarin night. And four new derivatives of -9 - night Psoralan the expected effective photolithography dynamically. Has been discussed thoroughly, foundations that have created these vehicles, as well as the purpose behind the synthesis methods usedmay, and have proven combinations of these vehicles cost new, both vehicles the final or intermediate compounds, by different spectral Alkimaaúaho means.During this study, created the following vehicles:A - known factors:1 - W Spreumoaseitovin the2 - Ethel Brumumallonat,3 - Bromuasithon B - materials and intermediates are known:1 - 7 - hydroxy-4 - methyl coumarin 2-7 - Alliluxy -4 - methyl coumarin 3 - 8 - the night -7 - hydroxy-4 - coumarin-methyl C - new materials and intermediates 1 - 8 - the night -6 - formil -7 - hydroxy-4 - coumarin-methyl. 2-7 - Asithonaluxy -8 - night-4 - coumarin-methyl. 3 - 8 - the night -4 - methyl -7 - Vasaliuksy, coumarin D - a new Alminat wall
