Instrumental Analysis of Honey & Royal Jelly in Nature & in Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms

PRE F ACEIn the colony of honey bees there are many work which are divided between two different types of bees in each cell there are :-Queen, drones and worker. The worker bee aspirates a nectar inside and outside honey bladder and pu3h it up to its toung. This process remove some of moisture content. It may be mixed with some chemicals which secre ted from bee glands and make it available to transfer to honey.Bee will press honey from its bladder inside the wax secre tion until become all.In order to fin d the food value of honey, we collect different honey samples at different times of year from different sources.The present work divided in four parts.Part I : Deal with the deterlnination of the precentage, qualitative and quantitative anglysis of ash of honey samples.
